Vivian has been doing so well that she and I flew to Jackson Hole to visit my parents for several days. On so many levels it was wonderful to get away! Vivian was perfect on the flights there and back. I didn't take a lot of pictures because our visit was very low key, but we had a wonderful time.
Landing in Jackson Hole - the world's most beautiful airport!
Vivian on an evening stroll with my parents with the majestic Grand Tetons as a backdrop
Of course Baby Sarah accompanied Vivian on her walk
Stopping to get a rock out of her shoe (I guess Spot went along for the walk too)
After Biba washed and dried her hair, Vivian commented, "Daddy will love my shiny hair"
Coloring at the dining room table
My mom and I shopped at the Mountain Artists Fair in town. We bought some really cute makeup bags from this darling vendor
I got this wrap in black to wear to an upcoming wedding in Colorado
The amazing view from my parents' front deck
The bear guarding my mom's pretty flowers
Two Vivians out for another evening walk (yes, one of them - not my mom - is wearing her beloved Rudolph nightgown!)
I just always love seeing photos of your parents land. It is so gorgeous out there. I am so glad you were able to have a fun and relaxing time with Vivian. You both deserve it. Glad both flights went well! Have a great weekend Eloise. :)
So glad to see Vivian traveling and enjoying time with her grandparents. I bet this trip was Chicken Soup for the soul! Their home and the setting is gorgeous.

I unintentionally contaminated all of the pictures on my blog when I changed my privacy settings on Flickr. I am working backwards to correct them all, but it is quite a tedious procedure! If you encounter a post with error messages from Flickr where the pictures should be, then I haven't gotten to that post yet. Please let me know and I will update it immediately. Thanks for your patience!

Good for you! Both you and Vivian needed this little break. Glad you were able to get away. How is your son enjoying college life?
This looks like the perfect get away for both of you! So glad you were able to go.
