Every year I think the flowers can't possibly be as beautiful as the year before, and every year the designers at my florist outdo themselves. I don't give them any direction other than "pink, red and feminine. This year I asked them to incorporate a little purple as a nod to my favorite TCU Horned Frog, Will (never mind the fact that he has ZERO interest in Valentine's Day or my luncheon!). I thought this arrangement was exquisite

Party favors on the chest in the entry hall
Close-up of party favor bags: I designed and ordered the boxes of matches on For Your Party and then put two tea lights in a cellophane bag with some purple scrunchy paper and tied it all up with pink and purple raffia ribbon
It is all so beautiful Eloise!!!!!! I love seeing the photos each year. It makes me think maybe I will host one some year:)
I am sure you were busy with the bridge tourney but next time you come to Houston and have a spare moment..I want to meet for coffee again or have you over for however much time you can spare:)
So beautiful Eloise! I loved what you did for this luncheon last year and it looks like you even topped it this year! What a neat thing to do for your friends!

Hi Eloise... everything looks wonderful! My little horned frog introduced herself to yours and told him her Mom reads your blog. He said three people told him the same thing this week. I am off to TCU this weekend for the Mother/Daughter TriDelta festivities. Can't wait to see the rest of your pics!

I unintentionally contaminated all of the pictures on my blog when I changed my privacy settings on Flickr. I am working backwards to correct them all, but it is quite a tedious procedure! If you encounter a post with error messages from Flickr where the pictures should be, then I haven't gotten to that post yet. Please let me know and I will update it immediately. Thanks for your patience!

Lovely, as usual. Just like you.

What beautiful flowers! The party favors were creative. I have no doubt that your friends appreciate how much effort you put into the luncheon.
As usual, your tables and decorations for this annual lunch are gorgeous - what a great florist you have! Can't wait to see more photos!
