As guests arrived, DJ greets them with hors d'oeuvres of Stilton Tart with Cranberry Chutney (shown here) and Bleu Cheese Pesto Tartlets and offers them a choice of beverage: Kir Royale (champagne with Cassis liqueur) or almond tea
